 Hello!  Happy July!  Click on the link above for the July schedule, which you may choose to download and print your own copy.  We appreciate you coming to our classes at the Barefoot Buddha, and would also be very appreciative if you would take a couple of minutes out of your day to go to www.erieschoice.com and find yourself at B44 ... Yoga Studios, and vote for the Barefoot Buddha!!  You must also fill in the last page, with your name etc., and then be eligible for prizes drawn at the end of the contest ... just for voting!! 
 
We will be taking some "field trips" this month on Thursday nights at 5:30pm ... visiting the Arboretum at Frontier Park for a wonderful class outside, and a walking meditation on the Labyrinth!  We will be notifying you by e-mail about these excursions, as well will also be going elsewhere as well.
