Hello Dear Friends!
 
What a beautiful day to begin this month of September ... the month of harvest, announcing the ending of summer and the beauty of autumn is soon to arrive!  This summer's bounty certainly is robust!! We still have one week to wear our favorite summer clothes and plan a wonderful Labor Day weekend Cookout with family and friends ... serving your favorite summer recipes with a final flourish!  Linger in the twillight, watch some of our beautiful sunsets along the lake and bid summer a fond adieu!
 
As we take in all of this beauty, remember to harvest the beauty within as well, with your yoga practice here at the BAREFOOT BUDDHA!  Remember your first experience walking in the front door ... ahhhhhhh!  Peace, comfort, loving-kindness overwhelmes you from the very first moment you step inside.  You know you will be safe here ... you know your instructor is paying attention to YOU... your body, your emotional and spiritual body as well ... all vitally important to your yogic experience and growth here at the BAREFOOT BUDDHA.  It's important to US.  Our classes aren't for our instructors, they are for YOU... our participants.  We want YOU to connect BODY, MIND and SPIRIT on the mat.  We want YOU to find yourself building FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH and FOCUS in mind, body and spirit TODAY WITH US!! 
 
New Class times for September:
 
6:30 pm  Class with Terry Henry E-RYT  ... You asked for it ... You got it!!  5:30 class is moved to 6:30pm for your convenience!!
No 7:00pm Class on Wednesday's this month

Our Computer is down to produce a full schedule at this point and is under repair!! ugh.  Please review August schedule for regular schedule, full September schedule to be released a.s.a.p.!
