Experience your first class at The Barefoot Buddha Yoga Studio absolutely FREE* (for local residents)! We have no initiation fee and no long term commitments. The cost of classes depends on how often you come to the studio (see below or call for details 814.838.0350)
Multi-Level Classes
Our classes are taught in a multi-level format which means that someone with little or no experience can be in class next to someone who has been doing yoga for years. Both will enjoy a safe, effective, mindful experience, each at their own level. And when you feel you are ready - we do have more advanced classes.
Fitness/Physical Yoga
Many come to yoga anticipating the "fitnes or physical" aspects yoga offers however, they soon find that there are powerful changes within that accompany the physical changes they are experiencing. Flow Yoga combines the ancient Hatha Yoga practice with modern kinesiological and medical safety guidelines, providing you with the safest, most effective and fun yoga practice you've experienced!
